Role Description

• E2E testing includes off-board sub-system to proof the designed system fulfill all requirements: define test concept, test cases and KPIs, working with testers for each case realization, performance promotion and testing execution.
• Lead definition and maintenance of test concept, test cases and KPIs, work with SFO/SW developers for each case realization and performance promotion.
• Ensure testing efficiency and quality to guarantee system maturity.
• Arrange the test resources, prepare for the testing.
• Take the lead role in SVP (System Validation Plan) and system release for various carlines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above, major in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, automation engineering or a relevant major.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of working experience in MB related to E/E system, telematics service, system/software validation and release.
• Working experience of function/service development, backend development in MB is preferred.
• Ability of test management and project coordinator.
• Ability to solve problems, formulate a solution and drive this through to delivery in a validated manner.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal guidance. Self-motivated and able to prioritize conflicting demands effectively.
• Very organized, structured, and proactive in doing day-to-day work.
• Self-responsible working attitude and initiative.

Specific Knowledge

• Chinese native speaker with fluent English language skills, German language beneficial.
• Good understanding of overall vehicle E/E architecture, OBD development, MIC/backend development.
• Familiar with the E/E system validation process, have a full understanding of E/E System and ECU software validation.
• Knowledge of E/E components (BMS, E-Motor, Central controller, T-Box), automotive bus system including Flexray, Ethernet, SOME/IP, CAN, LIN, etc. and familiar with diagnostic tools such as CANoe/INCA/DTS, etc.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills, facilitating seamless interaction with cross-functional teams and with various hierarchy levels, stakeholders, and customers in technically comprehensive terms.
