LightEdge’s Monitoring Engineer will provide courteous and professional deployment of LightEdge managed services while working directly with customers on complex projects. This kind of work typically includes the configuration and troubleshooting of endpoint agent-based monitoring solutions and the development of supporting documentation.
Responsibilities
Provide remote managed services support and administrationWork directly with LightEdge Solutions clients to determine project requirementsIdentify, correct, and advise on incidents related to managed servicesAccept escalated service requests and incidents from OS Management team peersEffectively communicate project status to Project Managers and clientCreation of environment design based on sales solution proposalDeployment of agent-based solutions to fulfill customer contractsComplete all policy design documentation, including agent configuration, quickly and completely following a project completionEnsure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriatelyContinuous service delivery innovation and improvementMinimum 40 hours/week requiredOther duties as assignedSkills & Experience
