[Hiring] Mgr Rev Cycle @Fresenius Medical Care

Role Description

Support enterprise level process improvement and standardization across the revenue cycle organization. The Senior Specialist will collaborate across the Revenue Cycle Organization, corporate, legal, compliance, and the revenue centers to identify and document best in class processes, implement processes through trainings and communication, and ensure they are being followed through the development and roll out of policies & procedures. The Senior Specialist will be responsible for supporting Revenue Cycle Transformation Program by participating and driving process improvement/re-design initiatives including system implementation and re-engineering. The position will be responsible for providing support and driving solution through development of process flow, analytics and communication material.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to drive results
• Knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures of revenue cycle, finance and accounting
• Strong working knowledge of Windows-based software applications (i.e., Word, PowerPoint)
• Self-starter, independent thinker and collaborative team player
• Good interpersonal skills and team oriented
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic and energetic
• The ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at one time
• Knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle processes and understanding of healthcare terminology

Requirements

• 2-4 years of Leadership Experience a Must Have
• Rev Cycle Billing, Verifications and Collections a Plus
• Working Knowledge of Epic / Waystar Applications Nice To Have
