Role Description
Charter is currently seeking one (1) experienced Messaging Support Analyst to join our team starting May 2025. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience as a Messaging Support Analyst supporting MS SharePoint, One Drive and Exchange Online.
- Develop custom web parts, workflows, and forms to enhance the functionality of SharePoint sites.
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites and applications to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot for SharePoint-related issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Create technical documentation/user guides and provide training to users on new systems or updates.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Messaging Support Analyst supporting MS SharePoint, One Drive and Exchange Online.
- Experience supporting SharePoint platform, including user interface, business intelligence, collaboration, and content management capabilities.
- Experience in the full software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing customized SharePoint solutions and integrating them with other systems.
- Experience creating technical documentation and user guides for new systems or updates.
- Experience setting up and managing user permissions to ensure the security of SharePoint systems.
- Experience setting up and supporting Exchange Online and OneDrive is an asset.
Requirements
- Microsoft Certified Professional Developer - SharePoint
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist - SharePoint
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
