Role Description

• Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques in Telecom domain and Mobile (4G/5G/LTE) Core networks.
• Experience in Case Handling, including Emergency Support activities.
• Experience in conducting root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions to enhance customer experience.
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in the Messaging domain including Nokia Messaging products such as SMSC/MMSC, BMC, and Presence Server.
• Competences and expertise in LTE/5G system validation (end-to-end performance, KPI handling).
• Deep knowledge and understanding of protocols like CIMD, SMPP, MM7, including knowledge of HTTP, TLS, and IPSEC.
• Solid experience with Protocol Analyzer Tools (Wireshark) and internal message flow protocols.
• Knowledge and experience with Linux; strong scripting skills and ability to automate manual tasks which could be easily converted to a script using shell or Python.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, VMWare, OpenStack, CBIS, CBAM, and NCS.
