[Hiring] Menu Data Review Specialist @Mplus Serbia

Role Description

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about food? Do you enjoy working with structure, helping others, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes? In this role, you will review menu images in various languages and match items to our client’s database, ensuring accurate and reliable data that supports maintaining restaurant menu quality.

• Reviewing and transcribing restaurant menu content (dish names, descriptions, prices) from images with high accuracy
• Matching menu items to internal database entries, ensuring correct mapping and consistency
• Processing multilingual menu data (primarily Latin alphabet languages), maintaining strong attention to detail
• Performing quality checks and self-auditing work to meet accuracy standards
• Meeting daily KPIs related to productivity and precision
• Identifying and reporting recurring data issues or tool-related bugs to relevant stakeholders

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of both Greek and English language (written and verbal) - this is a bilingual position, both languages are required
• You’re a fast learner, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Bonus points if you have previous working experience in a call center environment
