Role Description

Lead enterprise MDM strategy and transformation engagements. Define enterprise-wide MDM vision, roadmap, operating model and governance framework. Advise clients on data strategy, governance and AI-ready data foundations. Lead executive workshops with business, technology and Data Office leadership. Define target-state architecture and governance across master data domains.

• Drive solution strategy across MDM, Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata and Reference Data Management.
• Oversee delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Lead proposals, client pursuits and solution development.
• Mentor managers and consultants while contributing to capability building.
• Support practice growth through reusable assets and methodologies.

Experience delivering MDM and Data Governance programs across one or more industries, including:

• Consumer Products & Retail (CPG/CPR)
• Manufacturing
• Life Sciences
• Banking & Financial Services
• Insurance
• Energy & Utilities
• Healthcare
• Telecommunications

Qualifications

• 14–16 years of consulting and enterprise MDM experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Experience leading proposals, business development and solutioning.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Functional Expertise: Enterprise Master Data Management, Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Quality, Reference Data Management, Metadata Management, Data Operating Model, Data Stewardship, Enterprise Data Architecture, AI & Analytics Data Foundations.
• Technology Exposure: Experience with one or more: SAP MDG, Informatica MDM, Reltio, Profisee, Semarchy, Stibo STEP, EBX, Ataccama.
