[Hiring] Market Access Manager @Evidenze

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Market Access & HEOR Manager with a strong consulting background, capable of leading strategic projects, managing client relationships, and contributing actively to the growth of a leading Life Sciences consulting company.

• Independently lead Market Access, HEOR, and HTA projects for pharmaceutical and health technology companies.
• Design and develop Pricing & Reimbursement strategies at both national and regional levels.
• Develop and oversee value dossiers, cost-effectiveness models, budget impact analyses, and market access materials.
• Design and lead evidence generation and HEOR projects, including:
  • Economic evaluations.
  • Burden of illness studies.
  • Social Return on Investment (SROI) analyses.
  • Systematic literature reviews.
  • Indirect treatment comparisons.
  • MCDA and value assessment frameworks.
  • Scientific advisory boards and expert consensus meetings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic solutions.
• Coordinate clinical experts and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure the scientific and methodological quality of project deliverables.
• Manage project planning, budgets, profitability, and timelines.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Lead the development and presentation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, building long-term strategic partnerships.
• Participate in business development activities, client meetings, and tender processes.

Qualifications

• University degree in Health Sciences or a related field.
• Master's degree or specialized training in Health Economics, HEOR, Market Access, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
• More than 8 years of experience in Market Access, HEOR, or strategic healthcare consulting.
• Proven experience leading complex healthcare projects with direct client interaction.
• Experience developing commercial proposals and contributing to business development activities.
• Advanced professional English proficiency (C1 level or above).

Requirements

• Experience in specialized Market Access and HEOR consulting.
• Knowledge of European healthcare systems and international market access processes.
• Experience in highly specialized therapeutic areas such as oncology, rare diseases, immunology, or advanced therapies.
• Participation in international projects.
• Experience in business development or strategic account management.
