Role Description

As Managing Director at Jonas Fintech, you will be accountable for the performance of the Jonas Fintech portfolio across revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational delivery. This is a full P&L leadership role that requires a strong commercial focus and the ability to see product and technology investment as the primary engine for accelerated commercial growth.

• Own and drive double-digit revenue growth across both businesses.
• Lead the recruitment of a permanent CRO in partnership with the Group Leader.
• Ensure the transition to a product-driven model accelerates revenue.
• Maintain close oversight of key accounts, commercial pipeline, and revenue quality.
• Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities.
• Ensure pricing strategy reflects the value delivered by the business.

Qualifications

• Current or recent MD or CEO in a SaaS or payments business.
• Experience in inheriting and improving a business.
• Demonstrated growth and margin improvement simultaneously.
• Experience navigating the transition from a commercially-led to a product-driven model.
• Experience operating in or alongside FCA-regulated businesses.
• Direct Debit and Bacs experience is a hard requirement.
