[Hiring] Manager, Revenue Operations @DaVita Kidney Care

Role Description

DaVita is hiring a Manager, Revenue Operations for the Mainstream Analytics & Strategy Team (MAST) within Revenue Operations (ROPS). This position is responsible for leading a team of analysts focused on delivering business intelligence, strategic insights, and operational decision support to key stakeholders across and beyond Revenue Operations.

We are seeking a leader who excels at navigating ambiguity, solving complex business problems, and developing high-performing teams while driving meaningful business outcomes. This individual will oversee a team of 3–4 analysts, and the ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, revenue cycle knowledge, analytical agility, and leadership capability.

As a leader within MAST, this individual will help shape the future direction of reporting, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities while supporting the team's broader mission of advancing operational performance through actionable insights and continuous improvement.

This position reports to the Director, Revenue Operations.

Qualifications

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Demonstrated experience leading analytical, reporting, business intelligence, revenue cycle, or operational improvement initiatives.
• Experience translating complex business problems into data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Experience using analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, data warehousing technologies, or similar platforms.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes through analytical problem solving and communication.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Preferred: Direct people leadership experience.
• Preferred: Experience within healthcare revenue cycle or healthcare operations.
