[Hiring] Manager, Indirect Procurement @The Hain Celestial Group

Role Description

The Manager of Procurement - Indirect is responsible for the execution of the procurement processes throughout Hain North America. This role is expected to support the procurement lifecycle of assigned categories of indirect procurement including:

• Request for proposal/quote
• Market analysis and monitoring
• Selection determination and negotiation
• Vendor on-boarding
• Vendor performance management including spend, terms compliance, and process and policy compliance

The incumbent also provides secondary support to Contract to Purchase Order processes and other operational activities within Coupa.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of procurement processes and lifecycle
• Experience in category and sourcing management
• Ability to develop and execute category strategies aligned to business and financial goals
• Experience in managing supplier relationships and performance
• Knowledge of compliance and risk management in procurement

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management
• Ability to track, validate, and report savings and value creation
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Experience with procurement systems, preferably Coupa
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
