[Hiring] Manager, Complex Claims @R1 RCM

Role Description

As our Manager, Complex Claims (MVA/WC/VA), you will help drive operational excellence, revenue recovery, and client satisfaction across assigned Complex Claims teams and hospital accounts. Every day you will:

• Lead and coach supervisors and team members to achieve productivity, quality, and revenue goals.
• Monitor complex claims performance using KPIs and reporting tools to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with client and internal leaders to improve processes, drive change, and support contractual performance expectations.

To thrive in this role, you must be a strong operational leader who can influence change, use data to make decisions, and balance client needs with team performance in a fast-paced revenue cycle environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• 5–8 years of revenue cycle experience, preferably in complex claims, collections, or reimbursement operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of payer processing, reimbursement methodologies, and claims resolution strategies.

Requirements

• This US-based position has a base pay range of $65,478.00 - $96,885.29 per year.
• Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
• This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%.
