[Hiring] Manager, Clinical Operations @Daymark Health

Role Description

We are seeking a highly capable operator to help scale Daymark’s care delivery model across markets and service lines. This role sits at the center of how Daymark operates, translating strategy into execution across clinical operations, product, and market teams.

• Work on a wide range of high-priority problems, from launching new markets to improving care delivery workflows.
• Partner closely with the VP of Clinical Operations to translate enterprise operating design into repeatable execution across teams, systems, and vendors.
• Diagnose messy operational problems and build systems that make care delivery more reliable and scalable.
• Ensure our model is well-designed, executable, repeatable, and reliable across teams and environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, or care delivery environments.
• Exposure to market launches, implementations, or scaling operations (healthcare preferred).
• Strong process documentation and workflow design skills.
• Startup or high-growth experience is a plus.

Benefits

• The expected compensation for this role is $120,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on location & experience.
• This role is fully remote but will operate on Eastern time business hours.
