[Hiring] Manager, CDM - Charge Description Master @Ensemble Health Partners

Role Description

The Manager, CDM manages all chargemaster activities and is responsible for the performance and effectiveness of the department. The Manager will be responsible for:

• Implementing short and long-term plans and objectives to ensure timely resolution of CDM requests and CDM owned edits in various HIS.
• Ensuring compliant charge capture practices.
• Ensuring claims timely filing and reducing denials.
• Working with all departments within the Revenue Cycle to manage DNFB.
• Collaborating with clinical departments on accurate and efficient charge capture processes.
• Empowering staff to develop methods of process improvement, including planning, setting priorities, conducting systematic performance assessments, implementing improvements based on those assessments, and maintaining achieved improvements.
• Setting standards of behaviors and performance for the department based on the Ensemble Difference principles.

Qualifications
