How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

• Responsible for completion of client work in accordance with established budgets, workplans, quality standards, and timeframes.
• Lead client meetings.
• Support the development of GP Methodologies in conjunction with the client and their legal counsel.
• Coach, develop, and supervise the efforts of managers and analysts, including providing advice, feedback and guidance on work performance.
• Manage team capacity, identify and communicate resource risks.
• Develop and/or review Department Operating Procedures updating procedures impacted by changes in regulations, process or technology.
• Prepare analysis, presentations, and assessment reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Identify and address client needs:
• Build relationships with clients and act as a subject matter expert by demonstrating advanced subject matter expertise in GP programs (e.g. Medicaid, Medicare Part B, Veteran's Administration).
• Exercise professional judgment on engagements by providing proactive solutions and recommendations.
• Anticipate and communicate project risks.
• Contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members throughout Riparian.
• Stay up to date on legislation related to government pricing and industry trends as it relates to drug commercialization.
• Assist in MSBPO system development and upgrades:
• Feature development.
• User testing and feedback.
• Communicating necessary system changes based on changes in regulations or guidance.
• Assist Managing Director or Vice President with determination of effort for potential new client engagements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Accounting/Finance, Business Administration or Technology related field with a minimum of 8+ years of Life Science managed services or pharmaceutical industry experience in GP showing progression/promotion.

Requirements

• Experience working with large data sets or proficiency with data tools such as SQL, MS Access, MS Excel is required.
• Experience working with data analytical or data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI is preferred.
• Expertise working with GP software solutions.
• Deep understanding of life sciences contracting in the US, including Managed Care contracts, GPO contracts and Government Programs is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team of managers, analysts and client engagement managers.
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats to various audiences in a professional business environment.
• Possess advanced analytical skills and the ability to synthesize their findings.
• Ability to select and use appropriate tools for the job and perform technical research as required in delivering solutions to clients.
• High accuracy rate and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize concurrent client and company responsibilities.
• Effective management of multiple client assignments, from planning through completion.
