Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Male Executive Assistant with proven expertise in Go High Level CRM. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient workflow. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage executive schedules, appointments, and communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Utilize Go High Level CRM to oversee client pipelines, track leads, and support marketing automation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
• Monitor and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, and team members.
• Assist in project coordination, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Hands-on experience with Go High Level CRM (required).
