Role Description

The Soft Serve Technician will be responsible for maintaining the soft serve equipment at their respective store locations. The shift will begin when one has arrived at the store locations and will end when they leave that location.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical functions including standing, sitting, walking, bending, twisting, kneeling, and climbing.
• Ability to reach, lift (0-50 lbs.), carry (0-50 lbs.), and grasp.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion.

Requirements

• Perform tasks at one location per day, on the same day of the week, at five locations per week.
• Weekly complete breakdown of soft serve machines including cleaning, reassembly, sanitation, and start-up.
• Weekly complete breakdown of misty machines including cleaning, reassembly, sanitation, and start-up.
• Assure there are people trained at the store level to properly sanitize the soft serve machines between technician visits.
• Maintain an inventory of soft serve and misty machine parts at each store location.
• Maintain weed and litter control within landscaping and parking lot areas.
• May be asked to help in areas of power washing, window cleaning, and/or other areas as needed.
• Communicate issues and leave visit report with the person in charge at the store after each visit is complete.
• Help operations in a Team Member capacity over the noon/lunch hours if and as needed.
