[Hiring] Maintenance Planner @Quest Global

Role Description

• Remotely support Maintenance Planning of rotating equipment and static equipment.
• Create job packages (work packs) and job procedure/Standard Maintenance procedures (SMP) for static and rotating equipment.
• Plan all maintenance activities such as preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance and record history of maintenance activity.
• Understand/review P&ID, Isometric Drawing, Equipment drawing, Civil Foundation Drawing, 3-D Model, Plot Plan, Layout, Equipment GA drawing, etc.
• Work on PM & MM modules of SAP to maintain equipment history, material reservation, consumption, master data management, preparing task lists, maintenance items/maintenance plan, task list enhancement, work order planning, etc.
• Piping knowledge: Pipe fabrication/erection according to P&ID and Isometric drawing, support drawings, piping specs, etc.
• Support CI/PI ideas within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Strong Engineering Fundamentals.
• 8+ Years of Experience in either of the industries: Refinery, Oil and gas, Power generation, Steel plant, Edible oil production, Big pharma industries, Mining industry, Pesticide/Agro chemical production, Marine maintenance.
• Experience in working with customers/stakeholders.
• Work with team in generating process improvement and cost saving through CI/PI ideas.
• Provide weekly/monthly status reports to relevant stakeholders.
• In-depth exposure on Process Knowledge.
• Strong knowledge in Operations and Maintenance.
• Expertise in Maintenance of Rotary & Static Equipment.
• Expert in reading all documentation like P&ID, Layout drawings & Isometrics.
• Good written and verbal communications.
• Good Analytical skills.
• Strong Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
