Role Description

The Luxury Charter Sales & Logistics Coordinator turns high-value inquiries into well-orchestrated client experiences while supporting international business growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or logistics
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills with a professional, neutral tone
• Strong client-facing instincts with a high level of discretion and service
• Highly organized, with experience managing multiple time-sensitive priorities
• Comfortable working independently and remotely with a global team
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and cloud-based tools
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
• Experience in the yachting, luxury travel, aviation, or hospitality sector is an advantage
• Prior experience working with international clients or HNW individuals is an advantage
• Familiarity with yacht charter platforms such as Yachtfolio or Charter Index is an advantage
• Spanish fluency is an advantage
• Familiarity with project or task management tools such as Monday.com or Trello is an advantage
• Familiarity with yacht charter booking tools is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and charter requests with speed, accuracy, and grace
• Craft customized charter proposals based on client preferences, itineraries, and yacht availability
• Coordinate charter logistics with yacht managers, suppliers, and agents across time zones
• Track yacht availability and ensure accurate listings across internal systems and broker platforms
• Maintain CRM records and documentation with flawless attention to detail
• Guide clients and brokers throughout the booking and post-charter process
• Provide white-glove service to a discerning global clientele
