Role Description

The Supply Chain Intern will gain hands-on experience working closely with our logistics and accounting teams. This internship follows a hybrid work schedule with two days per week in the office and three days remote, providing flexibility as you support various supply chain activities.

Process Freight PO’s in Syspro for turf shipments.
Enter, adjust, and update shipment data in freight sheets.
Assist with Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and supplier invoice reconciliation.
Coordinate with Accounting and Logistics to resolve carrier invoice discrepancies and PO adjustments.
Provide administrative support, including pickup coordination, shipment tracing, and status updates.
Request freight quotes for upcoming project bids.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook to manage data and communications.
Organize and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
