Role Description
ロジスティクス＆インダストリアルリーシング事業部にて、仲介業務を行い、法人顧客が抱える不動産課題に対して、他部門、他拠点と連携し一気通貫でソリューションを提供できる不動産コンサルタントとしての成長を目指して頂くことを期待します。
- 顧客ニーズに合致した物件情報の提案業務
- 物件情報の収集と紹介、案内、条件交渉、賃貸借契約締結業務
- 賃貸借契約書の内容に関するアドバイス業務
- 受託物件に対するリーシングマネジメント業務
Qualifications
- 物流不動産営業経験者
- 普通自動車運転免許の資格保有者
Requirements
- 事業用不動産賃貸仲介営業経験者
- 法人営業経験者
- 物流、倉庫、金融、建築業界とのパイプをお持ちの方
- 宅地建物取引士資格保持者
