Role Description

Thermal Works LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team, to support the day-to-day coordination of transportation, shipment documentation, and delivery tracking across ThermalWorks' domestic and international operations. The Logistics Coordinator serves as a key resource within the logistics function, supporting shipment visibility, carrier communication, document management, and reporting activities. This role is responsible for:

• Coordinating transportation and maintaining shipment documentation.
• Tracking deliveries and ensuring accurate logistics records across manufacturing partner locations in the United States, Europe, and Asia, and customer destinations across North America, Europe, and other international markets.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum of four years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, supply chain, customer service, or related operational support functions.
• Working knowledge of domestic and international transportation processes, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination activities.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating shipments and communicating with carriers, suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, or transportation providers.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Requirements

• Direct experience coordinating shipments of industrial equipment, HVAC equipment, data center cooling equipment, or comparable specialized freight.
• Direct experience with international logistics, including customs documentation, tariff considerations, and cross-border shipping requirements.
• Experience coordinating logistics for contract manufacturing operations across multiple geographies.
• Working knowledge of transportation management systems, enterprise resource planning platforms, or comparable logistics tracking software.
