[Hiring] Logistics Assistant Export-Import Specialist @H.B. Fuller

Role Description

• Act as the proposer for customs-related matters, including HS code classification, customs declarations, and duty calculations.
• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Customs regulations (DJBC).
• Lead initiatives to prepare the company for MITA (Main Customs Partner) qualification by providing assistance and consultation to PT HBFAI during the MITA Program registration process.
• Support through completion and grant the Company permission to use its customs certificates in accordance with applicable regulations for registration purposes and to fulfill MITA Program requirements.
• Support customs inspections, audits, and operational issues if any.
• Provide immediate resolution for clearance delays or regulatory concerns.
• Provide knowledge sharing, training, and/or knowledge transfer related to customs, the MITA Program, and other relevant topics according to the Company's operational and compliance needs.
