Role Description
This role involves supporting one of our clients as a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator for an initial 6-month period, with the potential for extension.
- Utilize Degreed to build Learning Plans, Learning Pathways, and personalized content
- Manage learning data within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Create and administer courses, curricula, assignments, assessments, and quizzes
- Generate reports to track learning progress and engagement
- Leverage the full functionality of the LMS to enhance the learning experience
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on expertise in Degreed (LXP) – this is a must-have
- Experience with SuccessFactors (preferred), SumTotal, or CSOD
- Detail-oriented with excellent data management and reporting skills
- Ability to optimize learning workflows and improve the user experience
Requirements
- Remote, open to US-based candidates only
- Utilization: 40 hours per week
