[Hiring] Life Insurance Case Design Analyst @NFP Corp

Role Description

This position supports Diversified Brokerage Services (DBS), a subsidiary of NFP and one of the largest brokerage general agencies in the United States specializing in life insurance.

The ideal candidate will provide Case Design support to financial professionals by:

• Applying advanced product knowledge to develop quotes and create illustrations.
• Conducting additional fact-finding to thoroughly assess client needs.
• Delivering comprehensive support to agents.
• Equipping advisors with detailed illustrations and training designed to help drive sales.

This role is open to a fully remote work arrangement Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm CT.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide case design support through phone and Teams consultations.
• Apply sound judgment, analytical thinking, and independence to evaluate each case.
• Evaluate insurability by aligning proposed insureds with carriers and products.
• Document each interaction in the CRM system and complete timely follow-up activities.
• Make proactive outreach calls to follow up on meaningful revenue opportunities.
• Contribute as an effective team player by sharing valuable ideas and feedback.
• Attend carrier meetings and collaborate with fellow Case Designers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of life insurance products, planning techniques, illustration platforms, and CRM systems.
• Strong ability to serve as an internal sales resource for retail life products.
• Skilled at identifying case elements that require special attention.
• Industry experience that supports the ability to speak the advisor’s language.
• Ability to develop and maintain a strong understanding of DBS and its products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or professional training preferred.
• Extensive experience providing sales desk support to agents in a BGA or home office environment.
• Strong life insurance knowledge, preferably gained in a Case Design role.
• Experience with Winflex Web, Ensight, and Salesforce is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Life & Health License preferred or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.
