Role Description

We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home-selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. • Compensation: $22–$26/hour part-time, with potential for full-time
• Manage contracts from executed agreement through closing
• Ensure all documents are complete, compliant, and submitted on time
• Track timelines, deadlines, and contingencies
• Serve as liaison between agents, clients, title companies, lenders, and inspectors
• Provide consistent updates to all parties
• Manage and upload files in the brokerage system
• Ensure full compliance with brokerage requirements
• Track and follow up on missing documents proactively
• Coordinate with the title to ensure a smooth closing process
• Review settlement statements (HUD/CD) with the agent
• Confirm all conditions are met prior to closing
• Ensure the file is complete and properly closed in the system
