Role Description

As a Partner Agent, you build your own lettings business with the systems, compliance support and structure already in place so you can focus on growing your income rather than managing risk.

• Earnings Potential
• Let four properties per month and earn over £70,000 in your first year.
• You receive 70% of the letting fees and property management fees you generate.
• Based on an average monthly rent of £1,325.
• Income grows as your managed portfolio grows.
• Residual income opportunity through revenue share as you build your network.

Qualifications

• Experienced lettings professional, portfolio manager or property manager.
• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
• Existing network of landlords and investors is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and ready to build a business with structured support behind you.
