Role Description
This role involves coaching participants by empowering, guiding, and supporting their transformation both personally and professionally.
- Help Torch participants identify interpersonal challenges
- Define concrete goals
- Provide thought partnership and accountability to accelerate leadership journeys
- Conduct coaching sessions typically ranging from 6 - 12 months
- Set your own schedule for coaching sessions during regular business hours
Qualifications
- ICF-accredited coaching certification and substantial experience coaching leaders at multiple levels
- ICF ACC, PCC, or MCC credential or equivalent through another coaching governing body (e.g., EMCC)
- Minimum of 300 coaching hours
- 5 or more years of managerial experience in the technology sector
- Graduate degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, Human Development, Organizational Development, MBA, or a related field is welcomed
Requirements
- Rock-solid internet connection for video conferencing
- Confidential space for hosting client sessions via our platform
- Comfortable learning new technology
- Excellent ability to learn new technology platforms and self-efficient
