Role Description

To efficiently manage Technology End User Services to achieve enhanced End user experience in end point solutions. Responsibility includes:

• Managing a team of IT support professionals, supervisors/team leads (Field Engineers).
• Enterprise Desktop management.
• Planning, coordinating, and delivering assigned projects within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
• Ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
