[Hiring] Lead Maintenance Technician @Resonetics

Role Description

The Lead maintenance technician is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs for Resonetics equipment. Additional areas of focus include:

• Records keeping
• Basic troubleshooting
• Procedural recommendations
• Supervision of subcontractors performing work on the premises
• Hazardous waste oversight
• Assisting with projects for EHS compliance
• Housekeeping

This is a hands-on position. The lead Technician should propose improvements and coordinate projects with a high level of complexity.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage complex building repairs
• Oversee contractors
• Hazardous waste management
• Environment Health and Safety activities
• Conduct routine inspections of facility and equipment
• Coordinate with technicians on priorities and assist in problem-solving
• Maintain excellent communication with supervisors and technicians
• Manage and assign maintenance technicians’ tasks
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time shipments and achievement of applicable KPIs
• Perform maintenance technician activities as required
• Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., Production, Planning, Quality) on Product Releasing priorities to ensure compliance with OTD (On Time Delivery) goals
• Proactively communicate with the Supervisor regarding maintenance or personnel performance issues
• Encourage maintenance technician team members to stay on task and consistently meet quality and throughput goals
• Keep workers supplied with materials, tools, spares, and supplies necessary to complete work tasks
• As a Group Leader, communicate worker performance related to quality/quantity for proper recognition in work evaluations
• Other duties as applicable

Qualifications

• Minimum a high school education
• 5-8 years’ experience in maintenance support
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a small, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated flexibility
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• AutoCAD – SolidWorks knowledge
• Design skills for improvements

Requirements

• Ability to work long and/or off hours to support the Company
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted

Compensation

The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $31.00-40.00/hr.
