[Hiring] Lead Follow-Up & Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant @20four7VA

Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. The primary objective of this role is to capture missed opportunities (“low-hanging fruit”), respond quickly to new leads—and convert conversations into scheduled appointments for agents.

This role will operate inside Follow Up Boss CRM, working shared lead pools and leveraging tools such as Maverick AI to identify and act on missed follow-up opportunities.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead follow-up, appointment setting, or customer support
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss preferred)
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound communication (calls, text, email)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously

Requirements

• Contracted Hours per Week: 20 hours/week (Part-Time during training/onboarding; expected to scale to 40 hours)
• Daily Working Time: 8 AM - 6 PM CST (flexible; to be finalized)
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday-Friday
• Number of VAs: 1
• Languages Spoken/Preference: English (Spanish is a strong Plus)
• Accent Preference: Level A-B (native or near native English accent required)
• Region Preferences: Latin America
