[Hiring] Lead Field Service Technician @Honeywell

Role Description

As a Lead Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality service and support to our customers by:

• Evaluating, testing, and maintaining complex combustion systems and equipment.
• Utilizing your technical expertise to identify issues and provide exceptional customer service in the field.
• Impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by ensuring timely and effective resolution of service requests.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and work out of our Cleveland, Ohio location on a Remote work schedule. You’ll work remotely for our Honeywell facility at various customer locations. Travel is a must, expect 70% to 80% travel requirements.
