Role Description

The Lead Application Analyst III position is responsible for expert-level support and configuration of assigned applications. The position entails:

• Assisting, training, and supporting customers and other Application Analysts with the operation and administration of systems.
• Training and mentoring associate and intermediate positions.
• Working with customers at all levels in the organization to enhance their understanding of available tools to enhance operational efficiencies.
• Proactively managing and troubleshooting issues within related Technology teams and managing change.
• Providing high-level administration of applications and ensuring quality delivery of application availability.
• Being cross-trained and proficient in multiple applications.
