[Hiring] Lead End User Adoption Consultant @FM

Role Description

The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for the collection, evaluation, understanding, and communication of business requirements involved in the development of new or the modification and ongoing support for global technology experiences.

• Participates in system requirements definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of enterprise-wide technology products and services.
• Leads and solicits business requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing system documentation or procedures.
• Uses industry standard analysis techniques to uncover business requirements, such as data flow modeling, use-case analysis, and workflow analysis.
• Makes recommendations and influences outcomes regarding necessary changes on deliverables expected from other groups.
• Develops and leads a change management plan leveraging Prosci certified change management methods.
• Assumes the project manager's responsibility for projects where the scope is significant and complex.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of general business analysis experience, with 2+ years' experience in project management.
• Related work experience with an understanding of marketing technology improvements and Prosci change management practices.
• Experience with UX design and research design is a plus!

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of techniques and tools utilized in experience design, data analysis, and business process flow diagramming.
• Experience gathering requirements, functional design, and working with business processes.
• Proven experience with managing projects of significant scope and complexity with project teams consisting of 5+ individuals.
• Knowledge of FM’s current/planned technology environment and the appropriate tools and techniques to solve business problems.
• Knowledge and experience with technology in a large corporate environment.
• Knowledge of IT governance and regulatory needs and their impact on business operations.
• Proven experience drafting marketing and communication materials.

Benefits

• The hiring range for this position is $106,000- $152,000.
• The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
