[Hiring] Lead Advanced Field Service Tech @Honeywell

Role Description

As a Lead Advanced Field Service Tech here at Honeywell, you will work remotely and travel to our customer’s facilities or job sites performing the maintenance functions, audits, PM’s, etc per the Intelligrated \ Transnorm contract or specific job assignment. Your expertise and leadership will drive the success of our field service operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers.

You will report directly to our Sr Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Richardson, Texas location on a Remote work schedule.

In this role, the Technician is critical to the smooth operation of our customer’s distribution centers and will be required to perform:

• Troubleshooting
• Repair
• Preventive maintenance of our customer’s various material handling systems

The Technician will take the initiative to:

• Coordinate with other departments for the safe and satisfactory completion of any job tasks
• Represent Intelligrated \ Transnorm on site
• Follow our customer’s guidelines for general work practices outlined on site
• Be committed to customer satisfaction
