Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) professional to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale customer data and experience solutions.

• Lead end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) architecture, implementation, and delivery.
• Design and implement XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and Real-Time Customer Profiles.
• Lead batch and streaming data ingestion using AEP Sources, APIs, SFTP, cloud storage, and streaming technologies.
• Configure and optimize Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), including segmentation, audiences, destinations, and profile management.
• Design and implement identity resolution, identity stitching, and customer profile strategies.
• Develop audience segmentation using Segment Builder and PQL.
• Implement data governance, consent management, data usage policies, and privacy controls.
• Work with AEP APIs, REST APIs, JSON, Postman, and Query Service.
• Collaborate with Adobe Analytics, CJA, AJO, Adobe Target, and Adobe Tags/Web SDK teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and collaborate with architects and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex AEP issues involving ingestion, identity, profiles, segmentation, APIs, and audience activation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Strong expertise in:
  • Adobe Experience Platform
  • Real-Time CDP / RTCDP
  • XDM Schema & Data Modeling
  • Datasets & Data Governance
  • Identity Service / Identity Graph
  • Real-Time Customer Profile
  • Segmentation & Audience Activation
  • AEP Sources & Destinations
  • Batch & Streaming Ingestion
• Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, Postman, SQL, and data integration.
• Experience with Adobe Web SDK / Alloy.js and Adobe Tags.
• Knowledge of AJO, CJA, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
• Strong understanding of privacy, consent, PII, and enterprise data governance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Requirements

• Adobe Experience Platform certification.
• Experience with AEP/AJO integration and omnichannel customer journeys.
• Experience with Kafka or other streaming technologies.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP data platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD and Adobe sandbox management.
