  • Identify and implement process improvements - including the use of automation where applicable - to enhance reporting efficiency and data integrity.
  • Lead various stages of the land acquisition process, including resolving title and survey issues.
  • Strategically support the performance of third-party land agents and document specialists, ensuring consistent communication and documentation quality.
  • Collaborate closely with Development and Permitting Teams to ensure acquisition efforts align with project schedules.
  • Provide ongoing support to Managers and Directors on specific projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Land Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field required.
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate, renewable energy, project coordination, land acquisition, or related work preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes required.
  • High level of proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Sheets, Docs, and Slides, including experience organizing data, maintaining trackers, and building reporting materials.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable working through ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with Google Earth or GIS platforms is a plus.
  • Passion for renewable energy development and infrastructure projects.

Benefits
