This is a fully remote role supporting our Bioanalytical Laboratories. We welcome applicants from all locations within the US. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.

As a Lab Database Admin, you will under close supervision, lead delivery of electronic information to the laboratory database.

What You'll Do:

• Review requests for database imports for accuracy and consistency and provide accurate status information of all pending and completed database imports.
• Implement quality control review procedures to ensure accurate data imports.
• Participate in internal/self-audit program of database content, supporting ongoing quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Perform corrective and preventative action activities and special project activities, as required, to support ongoing quality assurance and quality event outcomes.

Qualifications

• High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• Technical positions may require a certificate.
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 4 years).
• In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and web-based applications is preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of regulated industry/environment is preferred.
• Evidenced administrative competence and relevant data services skills.

• The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Virginia is $20.00–$30.00.
