Role Description
This role involves working as a Kronos Integration consultant.
- Expertise in Kronos Integration (UKG Pro Workforce Management) with Dell Boomi Integration
- Experience in building integrations in Dell Boomi like Employee Import, Payroll expert, schedule Import, Accrual Reset, Leave Import, etc.
- Experience in setting up Postman setup, Encryption and Decryption of source files
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and integration components
- Experience in SQL Programming language
- Experience in Agile Methodology
- Perform hands-on technical design, IRD/IDD preparation, prototyping, POC and development tasks
- Conduct code reviews with technical leads to ensure developed code meets customers' business requirements
- Document design, code consistently throughout the design/development process
- Adhere to best practices constantly around code/data source control, ticket tracking during an assignment
- Adhere to instruction/expectations around administrative activities such as time entry, HR tools, etc.
Qualifications
- Experience in Kronos Integration
- Experience with Dell Boomi Integration
- Proficiency in SQL Programming language
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology

- Experience in setting up Postman for integration tasks
