Role Description

Join Our Team as a Remote Contract Kitchen Support! Do you work well independently and enjoy a quiet and beautiful view? Do you enjoy a relaxing drive before you begin your workday? Do short shifts give you joy? Crave is looking for a Remote Contract Kitchen Support team member to help us keep the magic going outside the walls of our cozy little North Pole Cafe. If you’re passionate about quality, consistency, and making someone’s day a little brighter, we’d love to hear from you!

As a key part of our kitchen team, you’ll help ensure fresh and delicious food is appropriately prepared and set out for a group of hardworking, tired camp members. Large, hearty portions and regular kitchen stocking is a must. In addition:

• Assist with kitchen operations, including preparation and organization of ingredients.
• Carry and transport supplies (up to 50 pounds) up a small set of stairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen workspace.
• Stand and remain attentive throughout your shift to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide in-person support with a friendly, courteous attitude to keep our team and customers happy.
• Follow all hygiene and safety standards, including wearing a hair net/hat and gloves and keeping a clean, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service role.
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry items up stairs.
• A friendly and courteous demeanor—attitude matters here!
• Attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during your shift.
• A clean and professional appearance, with long hair tied back.
