Role Description

The Junior Seaman is responsible for the maintenance and conservation of the vessel's decks and superstructures. He participates in the deck activities according to assignment, knowledge, and accumulated experience.

• Maintains all public areas, crew public areas, outer deck (pools and jacuzzis), and all public restrooms in a clean and orderly condition.
• Performs essential duties and responsibilities as described.
• Public Area attendants could be used in different areas on a rotation basis.

Qualifications

• Can speak intermediate English.
• The Junior Seaman must hold the certificates required by the Flag State and should have basic safety training before employment.
• Can be from 18 years old.
• No ship experience required!
