Role Description

We are seeking a Junior Procurement Analyst to join our team. You will provide comprehensive acquisition and contract administration support, assisting Government personnel with source selections, proposal evaluations, and ongoing performance monitoring for complex projects. Working under limited direction, you will also conduct thorough market and policy research, formulate acquisition strategies, and facilitate stakeholder communication to ensure successful program execution.

• Acquisition Planning and Strategy:
  • Conducts market research to inform government acquisition planning.
  • Assists Government Contracting Officers by suggesting and reviewing acquisition strategies and program management alternatives.
• Source Selection and Proposal Evaluation:
  • Takes a leadership role in coordinating documentation for source selections, specifically supporting Past Performance Assessments and Proposal Pricing Reviews.
  • Gathers appropriate rate and technical review data to enable the Government to thoroughly assess contractor proposals.
• Contract Administration and Performance Monitoring:
  • Provides comprehensive administration support for complex contracts across various types (services, supplies, research and development, and major integrated projects).
  • Performs cost, schedule, and technical analysis to monitor and evaluate contractor performance.
  • Maintains accurate records by entering contract data into government contract management systems.
• Policy Research and Compliance:
  • Independently investigates government directives, policies, and applicable statutes to resolve issues within the area of responsibility.
  • Compiles data and performs detailed assessments to ensure programmatic compliance and regulatory alignment.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communications:
  • Participates in and provides support for critical meetings and program reviews.
  • Executes outreach and liaison responsibilities to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drafts professional written materials, reports, and necessary contract documentation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experiences

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must possess a DoD Secret clearance
