Role Description
Als Field Force Coordinator (Teilzeit - 20h) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der effizienten Organisation und Unterstützung des Außendienstes und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Außendienstaktivitäten.
- Koordination, Organisation und Planung unterschiedlicher Prozesse im Außendienstteam
- Überwachung von KPIs und Leistungskennzahlen
- Analyse der Außendienstdaten und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Key-User der Außendienst Systeme (z.B. CRM-System)
- Regelmäßige Kommunikation und Reporting an das Management und andere Abteilungen
Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Analyse und Auswertung von Außendienstdaten und KPIs
- Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Problemlösungsvermögen
- Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (vor allem Excel) und gängigen CRM-Systemen
