Role Description

We are seeking a high-performing Japanese Bilingual Virtual Assistant to manage our Amazon operations. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our Japanese speaking leadership and consumer market. You will move beyond basic support to take full ownership of daily profitability, brand reputation, and multi-channel strategy on Amazon.com. Your goal is to ensure the business thrives in the market while providing seamless, bilingual reporting and operational management to the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Data Analysis
  • Daily Profit Tracking: Meticulously track daily sales and net profit, ensuring all costs are accounted for.
  • Weekly Performance Stats: Generate comprehensive weekly reports to identify growth trends and operational bottlenecks.
  • Inventory Grid Management: Maintain and update the master inventory grid to prevent stockouts and manage replenishment cycles.
• Reputation & Account Health
  • Review Handling: Proactively manage 1 and 2-star ratings by offering full refunds and professional resolutions; actively work to remove negative seller feedback.
  • Review Requests: Execute store-wide review requests across all accounts utilizing the Sellerise extension to maximize social proof.
  • Account Health Monitoring: Conduct daily audits of the Account Health Dashboard to ensure 100% compliance with Amazon policies.
• Fulfillment & Logistics
  • Shipstation Processing: Manage the backend shipping workflow by processing labels accurately through Shipstation.
  • FBM Monitoring: Closely monitor pending Merchant Fulfilled (FBM) orders to ensure on-time shipping and prevent late shipment rates.
• Content & Social Strategy
  • Social Media Management: Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across social media platforms to build brand awareness.
  • Amazon Posts: Leverage the Amazon Posts feature by creating and scheduling regular updates to drive "Follows" and organic traffic within the Amazon ecosystem.
• Customer Excellence
  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, resolving issues with speed and professional flair.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Native or Near-Native Japanese
• Preferred Experience: At least 1 year as an Amazon VA with a heavy focus on backend operations and data management.
• Technical Stack: Proficient in Sellerise, Shipstation, and Amazon Seller Central.
• Data Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel (must be comfortable with formulas for profit tracking).
• Creative Skills: Experience in basic graphic design and content scheduling for social media.
• English Fluency: Excellent written English for professional customer communication and feedback de-escalation.
• Reliability: Ability to work independently, meet daily reporting deadlines, and maintain focus during graveyard shifts.
