Role Description

Design, implement, and maintain robust network infrastructures to support business operations.
Oversee server maintenance, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
Develop and execute plans to enhance IT infrastructure efficiency and scalability.
Maintain IT hardware and software assets, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Monitor, plan, and apply updates to maintain system security and functionality.
Manage cloud-based services and platforms, ensuring seamless integration and uptime.
Configure and manage VPNs and virtual environments for secure and remote operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT engineering or a related role.
Strong knowledge of network planning and IT infrastructure management.
Hands-on experience with server management and cloud infrastructure administration.
Proficiency in managing software patches, upgrades, and asset maintenance.
Familiarity with VPN and virtual machine administration.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
