Role Description

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our IRA Department. This position will be responsible for assisting with documentation, compliance, reporting, and administrative processes related to Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) requirements for our projects.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for IRA-related projects.
• Assist with compliance requirements, including prevailing wage and apprenticeship documentation.
• Review and organize employee payroll records, certifications.
• Communicate with project managers, field supervisors, and office personnel to collect required information.
• Track deadlines and ensure all necessary documents are submitted on time.
• Identify missing information and follow up with the appropriate departments.
• Support audits and ensure documentation is properly maintained.
• Stay informed about IRA guidelines and compliance procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in administration, payroll, HR, or compliance preferred.
• Knowledge of prevailing wage, certified payroll, or IRA requirements is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
