Role Description

As an Inventory Associate, you will:

• Count and record inventory with precision - Accuracy matters here.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiering, Sales, Driving, Warehouse Operations, and Gaming is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Requirements

• No inventory experience? No problem. If you can bring the commitment, we will train the rest.
• We encourage applications from candidates who may not have any post-secondary education, have no experience or are returning to the workforce, or have military experience.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Benefits

• Starting Wage: $17.60/hour.
• Productivity-based wage increase of up to $1.00/hr in the first 3 months, $2.00/hr in the first 6 months, and $4.00/hr in the first 9 months based on performance.

Working Conditions
