Role Description
Your tasks as an intern (m/f/x) in Workplace & Office Management/Goods Receiving include:
- Supporting the team in goods receiving, including customs handling, package acceptance, and dispatch
- Assisting in the ordering and acceptance of software licenses
- Creating, describing, and optimizing processes
- Gaining insights into facility management
- Contributing to space planning and setting up technical workplaces
- Managing and maintaining buildings
- Supporting the commissioning and management of service providers
- Involvement in cross-team topics relating to Business Unit Governance & Business Services
- Helping with the preparation, organization, and moderation of meetings, including planning and implementing team meetings
Qualifications
- Currently studying real estate management, business administration, or a comparable degree program
- Able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- Reliable and solution-oriented working methods
- Empathetic communication skills
- Hands-on mentality and a team player attitude
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
