Role Description

• Monitor and manage support platforms to ensure timely responses to client queries within service level agreements
• Build and nurture professional relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues efficiently
• Document, manage, and close support requests within agreed timeframes
• Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for system enhancements
• Provide strategic guidance and tailored recommendations to clients
• Lead and support software implementation projects, ensuring smooth execution
• Analyze client business requirements to align solutions effectively
• Collaborate with project managers to meet project milestones
• Conduct software testing and support user acceptance testing
• Deliver remote and on-site client training sessions
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to project methodologies
• Assist with data migration, system configuration, and system integration tasks

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar implementation or support role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients
• Proficiency in R, SQL, and support tools
• Knowledge of RPE and C programming languages is advantageous
• Excellent organizational skills and support experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Experience in finance or IT industries (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with software implementation methodologies (Nice to Have)
