Role Description

The Intake Coordinator is responsible for completing the intake process, while also being a resource and providing an overview of service delivery.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred
• At least 1-year experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities preferred
• Experience working with Waivered Services and/or PCA is a plus

Requirements

• Maintain excellent communication with families, counties, and state agencies
• Advanced communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to handle numerous tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Maintain a high standard of professional courtesy, flexibility, confidentiality while working in a fast-paced office environment, independently and as a team member
• Advanced skills in the use of office technology, including MS Office Suite with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
